Fundraising Activities

As a non-profit, non-political organization, NJCCSF depends solely on contributions to fulfill its purpose of spreading Chinese culture and heritage in New Jersey.  These financial supports are used to sponsor cultural events and to provide financial assistance or grant scholarships to students.

Fundraising is very important to the survival and success of NJCCSF.  We will continue to hold fundraising activities and actively pursue corporations and individuals for financial contributions.

One of the main fundraising events NJCCSF participates is the annual charity ball sponsored by the Overseas Hong Kong Association.   The charity ball has been a successful source of financial contribution to NJCCSF every year.

In the future, NJCCSF will strive to increase its corporate sponsorship and individual contributions.  We welcome corporate contributions in the forms of cash donation, gifts such as raffle and auction items, event sponsorship and advertisement.  Individuals are welcome to contribute through cash donations, company matching funds, United Way, advertisements and gifts.
