Elvis Po Lun Ling

Elvis Po Lun Ling was born in Hong Kong. He finished his secondary school education in the New Method College.  After graduation, he joined the Royal Hong Kong Police Force as a constable in 1986. After 3 years of service in the police force, he decided to quit and switched to graphic design. In 1997, Elvis was invited to join the New Jersey Chinese Weekly, also known as Global Chinese Times and has been their reporter and graphic designer since.
