
Professor Leung was born in
Hong Kong and teaches at Seton Hall University since 1978. His specializes in International Relations, Comparative
Politics and History. He served as
the President of the U.S. – China Foundation for Medical Science and
Technology, Vice-President of the American Chinese Professional Association,
Vice-President of the Hong Kong Club of New Jersey, and President of the
Livingston Chinese Association. Dr.
Leung also served as the founding chairman of NJCCSF.
He has published over ten books and numerous articles, and has served as
visiting professor overseas. In
recognition of his accomplishments, the Asian American Heritage Council of New
Jersey has awarded Dr. Leung the Outstanding Professional Achievement Award.
